Gene Carpenter

Our founding pastor, Douglas Eugene Carpenter, Jr. (Gene), has been in the Ministry for over 40+ years. He has been married to Linda Carpenter for 51 years. They have three children: their first-born son, Douglas Eugene Carpenter III unexpectedly went to Heaven at the age of 26, and the other two, Daniel and Donna, still serve faithfully at Palmetto Land Church to this day.

Daniel Carpenter

Pastor Daniel is 42 years old, has been in the Ministry for over 20 years. He met his wife, Dianna Carpenter, at PLC when he was 13 years old. They have been married for 27 years and have three daughters: Victoria, Madison, and Emily. All three daughters serve in key places of Palmetto Land Church today.

Co-Pastor Daniel Carpenter and his family would like to thank Palmetto Land Church for their continued disbursement of love gifts, prayer, and support even though he has not been able to fulfill the duties of a Pastor during his ongoing battle with the rare disease of Cyclical Vomiting Syndrome Plus. The Carpenter family unquestionably knows that this is why they are a part of this rare Church!
