Sonshine Girls "Where Jesus is the Light" John 1:4 Sunday 9:45 a.m. Age 11-12 yrs

 

Mrs. Regina Greene, wife of Bill Greene, (King's Kids, Transportation Director, Deacon), mother of 2 and grandmother of 4 has been teaching these girls at PLB for 18 years.  In the past she has also served as Sunday School Superintendent and Secretary.

 

A brightly colored door greets all who enter the Sonshine Girls classroom.  The sun shines bright inside regardless of the weather outside as music fills the air.  Refreshments wait for the young ladies until class begins. 

 

Points, called "CROSS Shares," may be earned for participation, attendance, and even helping to "teach" the lesson, and these may be spent at the King's Kids CROSS Store for all kinds of goodies.

 

Teach our girls that Christianity is a relationship not religion...

...that the Christian life is exciting,

...how to share your faith with others,

...to live IN the world but not OF the world,

and to let the Word of God "come alive" and be a part of your life!
